IT System Analyst

- Engage with business stakeholders, access management specialists, access control providers, and entitlement management providers at all levels to understand business requirements, processes, and system architecture.
- Provide end-to-end specification of the new product to replace legacy java application for Access Right and Roles metadata consolidation with azure cloud solution. Identify opportunities to improve processes and products.
- Analyze data constellation, derive patterns, and identify processes. Conduct “As-Is” and “To-Be” impact analysis.
- Contribute information to IT Project Manager regarding risks and issues and ensure that requirements are understood by all members of the project team.
- Commit to the reduction of all security and operational risks, in line with policies and standards.
IT Project Management Officer / Data Analyst

- Manage budgeting and forecasting and provide extensive support in the area of project delivery, for the project stakeholders from various locations (e.g. Zurich, London, Hong Kong).
- Due to the urgent need, step in, and act effectively as a manager from the product owner side for business application development. Coordinate day to day work with vendor team from India (long-distance from Poland and directly in India), participate in the business requirements specification, support developers in understanding business processes, define test cases and perform User Acceptance Testing, provide quality assurance to the final product.
- Work closely with the project team and senior managers, to deploy and deliver the application. Organize interviews and workshops with stakehold- ers group to analyze requirements and processes.
- Produce easy-to-interpret status reports, status updates, financial reports, and forecasts and present them in a clear and transparent way.

- Lead the implementation of projects up to $0.5m in development and humanitarian aid for institutional donors as the United Nations or the government of Poland.
- Take end-to-end project ownership. Managing every aspect from the project proposal preparation to grant closure and donor end results acceptance.
- Produce senior status reports to senior managers, status updates, financial reports, and forecasts as part of project control and assure the quality of presented data, maintain RAID log.
- Ensure that all project results are delivered on time, within the scope and within the budget.

Additional Experiance
Over the course of more than 5 years of my job in the third sector, I got a unique chance to challenge myself with the coordination of projects in a post-human- itarian-disaster environment. Being in front-line of the natural crisis, releasing aid to people whose lives are at risk gave me a life-time lesson, an exclusive opportunity to learn what exactly means to take the responsibility and the own- ership for the delivery, how to be for real a result-oriented, problem-solving, and stress-resilient person. And now, even if I have decided to redirect my career to IT, I carry these experiences and values with me and translate them into my private and professional life.
